We Solve Problems

The SMB Problem

Lead to Cash (L2C) is the end-to-end, top-level business process that begins with marketing and ends with revenue collection. Effectively, it is the most fundamental process for every profit focused business.  It involves the complete cycle of customer acquisition, from lead generation to final payment and delivery of goods and services.  Stages along the way include marketing and sales management, CPQ (configure, price and quote), customer service, project management, order management, and revenue management.

The L2C process starts when Marketing has identified potential new business, and prospect data is created. The prospect flows through the sales, order management, and billing processes, ending up as a revenue transaction — eventually leading to cash in the bank. Along the way there must be business applications that collect data, support business process, automate workflow, and provide insight to the health of the business.  In today’s technology driven business environment, those organizations that can’t afford to invest in business applications, seamlessly integrate those applications, streamline processes across business functions, and measure effectiveness, are being left behind.

Lacking the resources of enterprise businesses, the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market segment has been left to cobble together inefficient data collection methods (e.g. spreadsheets, manual processes), unintegrated systems, and ineffective reporting.  As a result, inefficiencies and broken processes run rampant within their organizations.  To use a plumbing analogy . . . many SMBs have far too many leaks in their systems, have no idea the leaks exist, and suffer from very low water pressure (missed revenue opportunity, unhappy customers, and time to cash).

The B52 Solution

Fortunately, Microsoft identified this problem in the SMB market years ago and developed a suite of tools that work together to help any SMB gain competitive advantage by attracting and servicing customers (Dynamics 365 Sales), streamlining operational and financial efficiencies (Dynamics Business Central), while providing visibility with analytics (Dynamics Power BI) to identify the leaks in real-time.  As a result, SMBs can now compete with any size organization.

Our services bring these three critical business applications (CRM, ERP, and Analytics) together to help SMBs gain and sustain competitive advantage.  Best of all, these solutions integrate seamlessly with one another, as well as all of the Microsoft desktop tools your organization has been using for years.
